We are a responsible, committed couple and 15 mo old daughter, with a 6yr old dog and 2 yr old house cat. We are seeking a house for rent in rural Mendocino or Humboldt. We have many trade skills and would like to pay less than $1000/mo, unless property has multiple dwellings.
